is there a way to add a module after writing a couple frames and avoid the note to be written on every frame in the channel of the added module ?

It's not clear what you're asking, but I'll just answer the question I think you're asking (and this should be added to the FAQs).
Check out the pattern matrix in the top-left of the screen. That shows which pattern to play on each channel for each frame. Right below that, are + and - buttons. Those buttons change which data will appear in the currently selected channel. So for each new pattern, hit + until you get an empty channel to work with.
Basically instead of
00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00
You want
00 00 00 00 00
01 01 01 01 01
And so on
It's like this because Famitracker allows the reuse of patterns to save space.

Ok, so i tried and it's working, so basically i have to do this for every frame on each of the 3 channels of the vcr6 module that i added ?

I wrote with 2AO3 then in the same song added vrc6 and here's what happened, i wrote a couple notes in vrc6 and it wrote the same notes like if was copy-pasting them, that was the problem,if it makes it clearer.
