I was bored in the evening so I decided to cover this.
My laptop's headphone jack is still broken (I only have my crappy laptop speakers to listen to stuff), so I made this without headphones. There might be some volume unbalancing but I did my best with it.
I had a small chance to use the old computer, so I mastered the song on there.
I think I know what you mean about frame 05, but I don't like using pulse modulation too much because I end up struggling with it, so I'll leave it as it is. I tried some in the first frames though, I think it sounds good in there. I welcome edits too, in case you want to modify something in there.
The drums? I split every single channel from the SPC file first (the drums were on channel 1). Then, I opened the WAV files in Audacity, I copied the drum samples and exported them as single WAV files, I imported them in FT and that's it. The only special thing I did was amplifying the samples before importing them.

Many of the tracks in KDL3 have a more calm feeling to them, instead of the usual upbeat and hyperactive themes that characterize Kirby music. The game's good too, so you might want to check it out!
OzzyKingofKings: I left a link to the original song in the first post if you want to listen to it.
Zaalan3: I actually preferred those 6 last frames with the old lead, but dude, it's still good!
I think modifying some other stuff could be appropriate. Did you notice how I switched between blank and fade-in instruments during those frames? It isn't too important though. :D
Thanks for working more on it, I appreciate it!
Oh, and thanks everyone for your replies.
