Here's an improved version. Does anyone know an emulator that can mute individual channels in the YM2413? I desperately need one.

This is the version that it's based on.

If you have Foobar2000, just get the foo_gep plugin, it works for quite a few soundchips.

I have the ROM for the BIOS, but I don't know how to open it via Foobar2000.
