New finished songs: (pardon if I missed any)
+ "In Memoriam Robin Williams": Sector 12 Mountain
+ "Sad Ending" or "...Hope? Is it there?": Neutral Credits (thanks you, Glitch_King =)
+ "Doubleslap at the Night Club": Sector 6 Map (Is this finished? It's what I submitted to the OHB...)
I've also started work on other songs:
+ Sector 2 Map
+ Sector 4 Map
+ Sector 7 Map (it would work as is since it's just a map theme, but it should be less repetitive...)
+ Sector 10 Grassland
+ Sector 11 Map (this is just a straightup cover of Dixieland =P)
+ Sector 12 Factory
+ Neutral Ending
Any edits of these will likely not be included in the final game.

Yeah sure =)
Oh yeah, MovieMovies1, this was the OST I was talking about.

I really like these, man. All of the themes were dynamic in their own way. My only complaint relates to the title screen; it sounds so great that I would've loved to hear a little more than 2 looping frames. XD But other than that, it sounds great. Good luck with the game.
P.S. Really? I can't believe you sampled Lavender Town in your forest theme so blatantly. XDDD

I'm working on the title screen, though not in here. I'm saving it for the next Battle of the Bits major =)
If you can program in NES/GB assembly then yes that would be nice. But I'm using this as practice to program which I can barely do at this point. I barely know C and if you call BASIC a language, then that. (No, Slimeball, you may NOT help, you have lots of better things to do with your time than a crappy one-off project.)

the level clear music sounds almost like it was ripped out of the tmnt games for nes
... what.

Hi there!
I might be joining a bit late, but if there's artwork to do, I can do it!
You may take a look at some of my projects here.
I just need a motive and I can scan it. Maybe some "Manual Art" or "Box Art"? ^-^
Ooh, nice drawing skills there...
The sprite style I'm aiming for here is like Yoshi's Island, it looks like you'd fit ^o^

EDIT: I'm looking for art help. If you can draw in Paint and make it look like Yoshi's Island then I'm looking for you (Mr_Master =)
Oh, I didn't see this before. I actually suck really hard at drawing so I wouldn't be of help.
About the music, everything is quite nice and I like how every song has a different mood and charm that differentiates it from the others.
Sector 7 cave blatantly draws inspiration from Lavender Town, Sector 4 map uses the drum beat from Angel Island and the bonus/pie song could actually be completely remixed to sound like a true Kirby song, I think (I mean like an SNES Kirby game).
Best wishes, hope you finish the game some day. This soundtrack feels really solid.

...what. I think you could sprite at the very least =P
I try =3
"draws inspiration" is putting it a bit lightly =P I pretty much took the entire motif, the arrangement, and a few notes from it.
I didn't even have Kirby in mind when I was writing the pie song, but somehow it sounds like it was ripped directly from a Kirby game 0.o
Thanks!

Here it is, but there are like 10 blank tracks and 5 sound effects in here =P
EDIT: I'm a dong.
