There's some stuff here that just doesn't feel quite right, so I decided to hopefully improve them.
I removed the decays. I personally like using volume slides over releases because the volume slides might look different depending on the volume of the leads (I don't need to create separate instruments just for the slides). The toms look very weird (this isn't by Sunsoft!), so I changed them to make them sound more Mega Man-ish (and hopefully more accurate, but MM6 toms are a little weird). I also changed the placement of the volume slides, so it hopefully sounds better and more accurate. And last but not least, the leads should be V03, not V01 (you can even see that with foobar or any other NSF player).
