I really like this cover set. Whenever I get around to hooking up my Famicom again, I'll be sure to record it.
I made a few corrections to tune #1 though. See if you can spot them!
Also, as a bonus, have my own cover of tune #2. I think yours is more accurate though (I didn't change the drum beat at the end, and I didn't bother with the Pxx to make it sound lower in pitch like you did). I remember making this a long time ago as a quick demo when MMC5 support came around (at the same time Sxx was implemented, incidentally).
In tune #1 I noticed the speed change, sounds a bit jumpy and the end of the last frame needed the F01 to jump seamlessly to frame 01, but I think it has a better approach to the real tempo of the song. Other than this, I didn't find anything else. Did I miss something?
I see your cover of tune #2 is still pretty accurate too, when did you make it? It's the second time I see this same song covered by someone else, the other one was FCM10 entry 83.
Lastly, I would love if you record these songs on your Famicom, I would appreciate it a lot!
EDIT: I see that your cover of Level 2 was made when 0.3.5 came out, this was around 2010 as I found out.

And yes, I changed the tempo to match the SPC a little better, but I had to introduce an extra frame every so often unfortunately.
The other things I changed is the chord that plays on rows 0x14, 0x18, 0x20, 0x24, 0x2C and 0x30, and I also introduced a longer wait between rows 0x0C and 0x14 in that same frame (though I haven't measured it against the SPC to make sure they match).
About the chord changes, I see you lowered some notes by a semitone (the 2A03 pulses and VRC6 pulse 2). I was going to do the same but I was really surprised to see that in the original song, these notes had a distance of a semitone only, instead of a full tone (I mean, Pulse 1 from 2A03, for instance, originally has the notes G-2 and G#2 instead of F#2 and G#2 as you placed them in there).
It's just a simple mistake and I understand what you were going for, so to me it's okay, I appreciate your effort!
Also, a tip: Most notes are supposed to stop two frames before the next note. When I use alternate tempos, I also change the Sxx effects to match this condition. Changing the Sxx effects through most of the song can make the jumpiness less obvious.
