Definitely a great improvement from your last songs. I did enjoy this a lot, you've really captured the mood, and your own touch moulded in quite well.
However, the bass at the start seems too loud. I'd turn that down a bit until the Squares kick in.

Good. I mean, the original is fine and all. Maybe. Haven't heard it. but it's nice to have a semi-accurate cover. Take their music, and instead of completely emulating their sound, you add your own bit in there. I think it's more helpful when practicing to not try to utterly copy them.
