So I've been wanting to do this for some time now...
The first four tracks I ever wrote with FamiTracker have a special place in my heart, but I always felt that one in particular got the shaft in terms of sound quality and I had the idea to just redo the whole thing as if I'd written it today. I finally stopped putting it off.
I don't really have much to say for this aside from the fact that I still thoroughly enjoy your compositions, and bringing this up to par with your modern sound design techniques was a good move.
Hell yeah, this is an amazing re-envisioning of your first piece, frames 0E-12 gave me goosebumps.
It gives off final boss vibes, as well as a suicide mission, or sacrifice of some kind.
I love this man, your music can just be so powerful and dark, it's amazing.

Good stuff man, I like this version a lot. The older one still has its charm, but that's probably because i listened to it a lot. This is much improved for sure.
