Didn't you? At first, I thought it would be the Sonic 2 boss theme because the opening chords were identical to the original (or because I've played said game a stupid amount of times)

Anyway, I finished it. Drums are meh but they'll do

Never actually made anything within the true NES limitations, as I always use DPCM and either MMC5 or VRC6, so I'm having a go at using no expansion packs and no DPCM. Have some Cave Story Final Boss.

(WIP)

(yes the lack of echo from frame 02 onwards and the inaccurate drums are intentional)

I know, but generally, you don't see much DPCM in NES games, as it was generally a luxury (as it took up a decent amount of space on the cartridge)
