Nice one. The S Factor has always been one of my favorite Sonic hacks, I remember it being the second Sonic hack that really left an impression on me (the first being Megamix). The S Factor has some amazing music. I especaially like Super Sonia's theme.

(I'm too lazy to actually make something right now.)

i'd recommend throwing in some basic volume leveling on Icsiam.ftm. I tossed A into pulse1, and C into pulse2 and that seems to have balanced things. The effects you used work just fine, and the song itself is actually pretty cute. I smiled, anyway. But yeah, that's how those effects work.

Also, this loop. Sucks. I come up with a 2 frame loop, make it sound nice, and then never know where to go with it.
