A little thing. We did Pat Metheny songs for our marching band show this year, Beat 70 being one of them. There's an alto sax duet our composer wrote in, and it's awesome. Bryan and Alex did a great job (it makes sense in the second attachment. It is, admittedly, sort of an in-joke as they pitch bend the ever-loving crap out of the section). The second attachment is more of an actual duet between channels, while the first one is the first run I did of it in FamiTracker. Nothing special. Hope you guys like 'em.

A short loop inspired by Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden (Yes, the cut scene where Ryu is running to find Dr. Smith) Studying the wavelengths used in the game (Thank you NSF Import!) I managed to emulate the same style.

So, just a little something I thought up and tracked today. It took just about 10 or so minutes, I'd say. I also kinda want to expand on this, the ideas just haven't come up yet.

Messed around on the piano a bit. Tried to find interesting chord progressions as usual. Transposed one of them.

This is a short audio representation of how I want to feel at the moment.

Also, remember to look people in the eye when you talk to them. It's polite.

Is there any way to reduce dpcm drowning? It's unbearable.
Edit: Alright then. Screw dpcm. Seriously, screw dpcm. It's loud and annoying. I can do better than that.
P.S. Can i have more attention please? I would be glad, if you share your thoughts with me.

EDIT: Slimeball said it before me.

Regardless of what game someone's remembering it from, it's actually a real song

Tilt the samples so that they end on delta counter 12 or lower. That way the triangle/noise volume is unaffected by the DPCM channel.

Actually, for Sunsoft-style bass, you have to tilt the entire thing so that most of the sample data nears the top of the screen.
