In the attached ftm, you'll see/hear that the volume 1 A01s produce a slight amount of noise when they play.
If you export an nsf of it and play it back in nsfplay or in the nsfimport version of Famitracker, every Axx note starts decrementing volume at frame 0, rather than frame 1 - giving you volume 0 instead of volume 1 for 1 A01s, volume D instead of volume F for F A0Fs and so on.
EDIT: .wav export has the same behaviour as playing back in famitracker - e.g. you hear 1 A01s.

The sticky was meant as a list of known bugs, but I don't really mind if bugs are reported there or in new threads. New threads have the advantage of allowing discussion though. :)
