Well it's just general practice, and common sense if you think about it. Sharing your FTM (as opposed to an NSF or worse, a youtube link) makes it obvious you're looking for genuine criticism. Otherwise you just come off as a showoff with a "look-at-my-stuff-it's-great" attitude, I guess. Do bear in mind this isn't the NES music appreciation society; we're a community dedicated to FamiTracker development, so it's simply natural when you distribute your work for critique purposes to make the FTM available so people can teach you to become better at using FamiTracker.
The whole "I won't give you my sources because you'll just plagiarise it you buggers" attitude didn't get received very well either.
hahaha, so "atariesque" is the only one that's still up. i guess "for4ever8bit" and "EPICbit" got more adfly traffic.
take note guys, if you wanna become a millionaire, you must pander to the general public with "X-bit+MyFirstTextMessagePuns+ButcheredToDeathMemeLingo" song titles.
you cant remix these songs
you cant use them in any of your projects (whatever these may be)
you may not modifiy them in any way.
you may not redistribute them. (link here or to the videos instead)
See attachment.
EDIT: pulled ftm due to an asshat name 8bitdanooct1

you're just gonna have to settle for the [s]youtube[/s] adfly links from now on.
I'm feeling the first is better but it's a little long for a signature. (It is - 255 characters is a painful limit).

This post has been up for three days now and after the battle has been fought I finally decide to look at it after it has three pages. This is a good example on how YouTube links can be really unattractive.
