Man, wish I had the confidence you guys have. Any compo I"ve ever entered, I end up second guessing myself right up until the deadline, then have to enter it cos I've no other choice, haha.
I've made a few changes to the rules, mostly to emphasise the importance of using 0.3.7 to write your entry, but also I've added that voting is compulsory for entrants. There's a few people who didn't vote last time, and while it was no big deal since there were enough non-entrant votes to compensate, I wouldn't want to be stuck with only a tiny portion of people bothering to vote a few installments from now. It's an inconvenience, but it's a necessary one for future contests.
