Same here, Win 7 Home Premium. Also, why do you have Enterprise?
I was just using a Win7 Enterprise computer in my Game Design class. I was there when I noticed the bug. At first, I thought it was just Wine being weird on my laptop. (Yes, I mess around with Famitracker when I should be coding, making flowcharts, writing documents, and sketching stuff.)
I usually just use tab or the arrow keys, but I was listening to That Glitchy Feel by plrusek, wasn't editing, and wanted to scroll to see what was going on in the VRC7 channels.

You see, this is exactly the sort of thing we don't need to know, that makes you look like a self-centred wanker. That's not to say you're one, but it makes you look like one. Just saying~~
In MMC5 it only takes you to the first slot in the effect column, and in FDS it only takes you to the second slot in the effect column... though I don't know why you would run FamiTracker in a window that small.
