Without sounding too nitpicky, you have a bad note on Frame 01, Row 04, FM Channel 1 (should be C-5 instead of B-4). Also some of your note placements are odd, like the skipped row at the beginning and the G03 delayed notes.
However, your instrumentation is very nice! Your MMX 'overdrive guitar' instrument sounds very faithful to the SNES original! Keep it up.
What do you mean by skipped note? The way I did the loop?
Well I couldn't really think of anything better since the Dxx command doesn't work if I want to jump to a row number that is higher than the row number my Dxx is in. It has to jump to Row 11, so I jumped to 10 and F01'd for one row. And fixed some minor things.
