The speed and tempo you are using needs to be adjusted. It's kind of confusing, so I'm not sure what you are going for. If it helps, here is a basic cover I made of the song.

I'll get to it, if I do. Been busy today. The square timing is the bit off, but it's Square 2 that is the main problem.
