Well, not really. It's not bad, not mindblowing. Let's say it could use some improvement, especially at frame 01. Using 50Hz instead of 60Hz would be a good place to start, too.
Not the easiest song to cover, but you did a nice job with it! I noticed your lead instrument had a release that ends the note with 12.5% duty, which is accurate to the original song. The problem was that these releases weren't triggering because you didn't add any release commands. I've just added some in for you.
The song is also running a little bit slower than the original but I haven't changed that.
I agree with jrlepage about perhaps redoing the song in 50hz, if only because the original song was designed to play at 50hz (PAL game that plays on a PAL system/emulator? I've forgotten).
