It sounds pretty good, but towards the end of the song (the pitch bendy part), some of your timing in square 1 is off, and it's lacking vibrato. Also, your bass drum fades out too quickly (I don't think the noise channels on MM4 songs ever completely fade out to 0 for very long).
your triangle kick is wrong (the original is a bit longer). listen to the mega man 4 nsf with the triangle soloed. also your triangle is cut off too quickly in frame 0.
