I'd like to point out that you used Bxx a lot, where D00 would have been just fine. Bxx requires you to change the effect every frame (since otherwise it would point to frame 02 all the time), where as D00 simply skips to line 00 of next frame, so you can use it all the time.
More delay between the melody and its echo would be a good improvement as well.
