Yes, it does sound rather incomplete. :p
What you have so far is excellent though. Keep up the good work!

I think you forgot to change that 6 to a 4 on square 2's volume column in pattern 00.

It might be worth mentioning that Vxx only really supports V00 through V03 on 2a03+MMC5 squares. V04 = V00, V05 = V01 and so on. Those V07 could therefore be substituted with V03's.

I was bored so I tinkered with what you had and here's what I ended up with. I've never heard the original, I just did what sounded better to me. So whatever, yeah...
