Ah yes I was the one who did the "Hello2.ftm". I've been doing little experiments to get voice into the NES for a while but with no success. Hopefully you can get something awesome :P.
Yes; try filling in an entire 4 second clip of Father Jack Hackett calling rabbits "Hairy Japanese bastards" into one intelligible DMC file & you'll see what I'm talking about.
My problem is that I'd have to cut the clip into chunks (where I have to figure out how much time each chunk has to play).
