Is this a "famitracker phenomenon"? At first I didn't know how the heck this would be possible, then I tried to export to nsf and the result was hilarious :p

You must have hacked this or something. I don't see how the noise channel can possible produce that effect? This is even weirder than the FTMs video game musician Neil Voss gave me.
