But what's wrong with editing a previous work? If it improves on something, it's worth while. And a fine job was done in this case.

there's a lot of changes. The old one is super wrong and this one is still fairly wrong in places. I've just been chipping away at it every few weeks when I'll forget about it so it's easier to work on the next time around.

In fact, that seems to be what I do with all my stuff. It seems like every time I post something it's never actually final.
