I was having a little play around with counter melodies for Frames 1 and 2 of your Missile Strike track. It's nothing too flashy but let me know if it's the sort of thing you were looking for/if you want it changed at all. I'm not exactly an authority on this kind of thing.
I might also attempt a track when I get a spare moment. =)

You guys are cool, right?

Finish off Military Barracks. Doesn't quite fit the request of the OP but regardless, I feel it has a nice beat. I'm crap when it comes to melodies and such, especially Mega Man ones, so if you can finish this off (and possibly extend it).

Yeah, the Noise is fine, but I don't like the bassline so much. Just lower the percussion, and go from there.

Why do I feel like that Gravity Man is not fast enough to accompany Line Dimension...?

That one might be similar to Plug or Sheep instead.
