Certainly it sounds good? I can do the same after using nsfimport if i want. Just modifying notes here and there, maybe add or remove some notes for better rhythm.

If you use Winamp, NEZPlug++ is pretty good now. It plays a ton of formats so if you don't want it to play the others, just disable them in its config.
