Battletoads is one of my favorite games on the nes as it's difficulty is even greater than Megaman. This one took me about three hours or so to complete. Let me know any areas that might need improvement.

Not bad, your drums are a ilttle wrong though.

Instead of:

4-# 00 D
C-# 00 A
8-# 00 D
C-$ 00 A

Try:

2-# 00 D
2-# 00 4
7-# 00 D
7-# 00 4

Drum instrument's volume MML being something like 14 10 5 0

I think that sounds (at least to me) more accurate.
