Okay, first things first. This song gets on my nerves immediately. The melody is pitched too high. Lower that an octave. Plus, the main instruments is rather primitive, so I added a slight vibrato for the long sustains.
Second, you use the triangle for the TriTom and the TriTom only. No bassline? That's a paddlin'! ^^
Joke aside, you really should have a bassline to support the melody. I threw a few notes together just to make an example.
Now that's a nitpick, but I don't really like the way the noise is done. It uses two of sixteen pitches only and it sounds pretty repetitive. I've mixed it up just a little.
And as a final point, you didn't use Pulse 2 at all. You might do an echo of the main melody or compose an accompaning melody, that's up to you. But empty tracks on a system that's already as limited as the nes is just shouldn't be left unused.
