This one comes from the intro to Cutthroat Island, in all its various console ports. Although the movie was an expensive box office flop, and the video game was met with mediocre reviews, the title intro had a really nice tune.
So this is a remix in an attempt to take the original tune from the Game Boy version (found here), and make it better by flavoring it just a bit with Capcom musical styling.
