Yeah, Stage music 4 is very Darkwing Duck,LOL!

As far as the boss theme, remember, I'm not necessarily trying to sound like a Mega Man game directly, just trying to get the Capcom sound in the music. Some tunes, you'll hear Mega Man, some others, you won't, like stage 4. I could try another boss theme in the future. The funny thing is, my brother said the exact opposite about the boss music. Either way, thanks for being honest about it! It's the one way that can help someone improve.

You should probably send some to Capcom, because if Megaman 10 should ever happen, these would suit it nicely.

Really? That's what my older brother said nearly a year ago, but it was about a different soundtrack I was working on. As a matter of fact, it was a Mega Man soundtrack.

I've been thinking though.. since I've stopped working on the Mega Man soundtrack, and have only been working on creating just a Capcom-styled NSF, maybe I'll merge the songs into this NSF. The older soundtrack had a Title Screen, a better Stage Select song, a Stage Start, 4 Boss themes, Battle music, password, game over, and a sound effect created from the second Mega Man arcade game. In effect, I would now have 8 stages on the soundtrack, similar to Mega Man's 8 boss rule. Anyone else think I should merge the soundtrack, and upload the new NSF?

I didn't have time to put a comment yet. I like the soundtrack and it has the capcom sound. It would be interesting to hear the other one you made for a mega man project.

Alright, but it will be a little while, because I have to convert the instruments to this particular NSF's style. And, I have to finish a couple of songs. Some of the songs on the Mega Man soundtrack might sound a little similar to the ones on Project Capcom, because I didn't think I'd use the Mega Man songs at all, so I just incorporated some of the tunes in there.

Good work. Definitely has Capcom sound, as well as a lot of 'licks' (or 'quotes'). Although, I've found that few tunes (mostly 3,4,6) were partially hard to follow, which isn't typical for Capcom tunes.

Track 6 made me think about 'replacement music', you know, when someone can't use copyrighted music, and make his own, which sounds different, but clearly refers to the original.

Thanks again for comments! About the music being partially hard to follow, Shiru, I think I know what you mean. What happened, is that I didn't want the tunes to be overly simple, but I might have over complicated them instead. That's one of the things that I have to work on. Another, would be repetitiveness in music. Trying to create new music is always a bit of a task, even though I've been at it for years, now. But I'm still ok with the end result. I can always improve. And as far as track 6, I know what you're saying, it does sound like that, LOL!

Baragon_Kun, I can compose songs, but it might take a little while, having to think of new tunes, and making sure I have the time. Just let me know what the songs are for, like if it's a stage song, what boss it is, so I can get the idea on the how the theme should go.

And finally, Rushjet1, if you were talking about the post earlier, you were probably correct before, because, I don't have a song for stage 6 right now.

Once again, I still have to fix the Mega Man songs a little, before I merge them into the NSF.

Dang man, these tunes sound so good! Musician's block is a total bitch...when I make an intro, that's as far as I can go

Song #5,

to me the style slowly drifts from Mighty Final Fight to Street Fighter 2010

Song #2 Stage Select Reminds me very much of the mid part of Gravity Man from Megaman 5.
Stage music #2 really rocks. it's good very good melodies :D
Stage music #3 Is also pretty good. You've got some weird stuff going on with the lowered volume parts
