They 404 after a while because dropbox files are stored on my computer in addition to the dropbox servers. So when I think a file is old enough that no one will be downloading it anymore, I delete it (or move it elsewhere in my Dropbox infrastructure) to save space and tidy up my /Public folder. Hey, wait! The first time or so I ran into this was with the DemoCompo schedules. I was interested in how you guys did with the competition and the deadlines, chips to use and so, but it 404'd me. And by the way, are there going to be more DemoCompo installments, or is it enough with what we have already?
Why it sounds better? Because it now sounds more complete and bright.
Why it sounds worse? Because of the amount of Namco channels. Maybe you already knew this, but when you enable a high amount of channels in the Namco expansion(7 or 8), there will be a very audible noise at 17,5 khz or 15 khz(7 and 8 channels respectively). This can be used to your advantage, as well as it can destroy your song.
This version definitely sounds better because of the new channels, but the amount of Namco ones definitely hurts my ears. It's not that bad, but be careful when using too much channels.
