A lot of the timing is very off from the original, a few wrong notes, and some of the duty cycles are wrong, but not bad overall. This would be a very tricky song to get close to 100% accurate (inb4 nicetas).

Yeah, very tough song to get down perfectly, and plus, i've really only been using famitracker seriously for about a week, so what can you do?
im going to continue making this crazy stuff then after a while my style will be so sick that you will be like damn suuun that shit is so sick i dont even get it. i will be like bro its ok.. you dont have to.

Anyways, this is not bad at all for only using the tracker about a week. It's good you are looking for help in the forums, most criticism will help you make better (more accurate) songs.
P.S. I also did a Ducktales moon stage cover, it can be found in the famitracker wiki page. I have since done one that is more accurate but I don't think I ever posted that one.
