I was looking around on the internet for chiptune stuff the past couple days, not really knowing anything about it, though I've liked the sound for a long time. I had been trying to recreate it with vsts and got frustrated, when I found out about famitracker. I'm hooked. Here's my first little tune.

And seriously, yours is coming along fine. I really like the triangle when it isn't muted and the 2xx effect plays out. And the alternating D and D# make the 2nd and 4th notes "harder" kicks. I can hear some great pulse wave solos coming into that.

My chiptune composition days began with some frustrating attempts to get NerdTracker to do my bidding. You can imagine my unbridled glee when I learned about FamiTracker!
Song One in this module is an incomplete track that I only barely started before abandoning it, mostly because I had the inspiration to write Song Two, which I dreamed up as a boss battle theme.
