Now here's a story to tell:
I was without the internet for about a month, and I became a bit annoyed during that time. So I listened to one of my favourite songs from my childhood.
I then thought to myself "I should try and cover this on FamiTracker!"
Now, bare in mind that I didn't have the internet, so I was therefore unable to grab a MIDI file.
I don't mean to nitpick, I think your cover of X-COM's pursuit theme is great, but it's incomplete. It plays what you've got now twice, then in goes into this rockin' guitar segment.
im going to continue making this crazy stuff then after a while my style will be so sick that you will be like damn suuun that shit is so sick i dont even get it. i will be like bro its ok.. you dont have to.

Famicompo mini vol 2, cover #12. It came in 3rd place. It must have taken much longer than a day, though.

Of course, it's physically impossible for me to do that, since I'm only using FamiTracker here...
I'm also trying to set myself a challenge of using only one audio chip to re-create a song, so I'll be avoid the "Sync-play" stuff. :3

Time to dig out an old piece I originally hoped would be in a game back in 2005.
This was a song I wrote when I was in music college. It's not perfect, and has had a couple of remakes from a friend of mine. Even now, I'd love to see what someone could do to it! :D
Cover - Pinball Dreams - Steel Wheel
This song is one of a huge amount that got me into game soundtracks. I can still remember the first time I played this game, slamming them shift keys (and sometimes the Spacebar, lol.)
