I'm not internet bullying, stop wasting your breath. I've made no threats, therefore your argument is invalid.
You can NOT file a police report for an argument over the internet.
All I'm doing is trying to stop this shitstorm of spam you've brought to our forum may it be duplicate threads, constant spamming of insignificant edits to your piece, etc.
If anything, jsr should make some moderators to clean up your, or any other future spam.

This song is horrid. There's really not much to criticize when EVERYTHING needs work. Like Mex said, there's absolutely no point in exceeding V03 anyway.
You should try to cover songs from nes games that you enjoy in order to become more familiar with the tracker before attempting originals. Pick apart an NSF file with VirtuaNSF or other similar program and try to the best of your abilities to recreate it as accurately as possible.
Alright!!! Alright. Let's try to tone it down with the attacks; kinkinkijkin's only a beginner, after all.
danooct1 has a very valuable point when he said to try & duplicate existing songs from existing nes games; they're the best way to actually learn the code & the trickery behind the nes' 2A03 sound synthesizer & even the embedded 6502 CPU.
Now, my opinion, kinkinkijkin; your song isn't without faults (namely, the discord between your different sound channels,) but I personally find it novel to alternate the duty. However, I find this alternation much better suited for the VRC6 square channels.
Also, concerning your duty cycle, here's why everyone is telling you that you don't need to exceed V03...
The basic duty cycle adjustment ranges from V00 to V03 (where 00 is 12.5% duty, 01 is 25%, 02 is 50% & 03 is 75%). Understandably, because of how the notes sound with V03, they sound exactly as though you were using V01; this is because 25% & 75% duty cycle produce the same sound, since 25% duty square waves are nothing more than inverted 75% duty square waves. That's one of the reasons why there's an oscilloscope underneath the tempo & frame number settings; so that you can observe how your effects manipulate your notes.
Now, as per Mex's (& others') complaint about exceeding values of V03, that's because the values eventually recycle themselves.
For example, V00 produces the exact same duty cycle & square wave as V04, V08, V0B, V10 & so on. V01 produces the exact same duty cycle & square wave as V05, V09, V0C, V11 & so on. This pattern repeats itself for all duty cycle settings.
My recommendations are the following:
1. The amount of discord (a.k.a.: mismatched notes) is quite high (which is one of the reasons why vgthing called it a "random assortment of annoying sounds". Try to match each note to form something more harmonious (for example, C-3, E-3, G-3 & C-4 can form harmonious combinations; there are many other notes that can be combined together as such).
2. Instead of increasing your duty cycle values from 00 to infinity & bringing them back down, I suggest trying something like this:
I'd like to remind that there are still no "official" rules for this place; but please try to keep the conversation civilised and on-topic. I won't lock or delete anything now, but please continue in PMs if you still have to. Thanks
kinkinkijkin: This section is mainly intended for sharing tunes that might be of interest for others to hear and for receiving critics. I understand that you are still new to tracking, so I recommend you to practice some more until you can finish a whole song before uploading here. (No offence, but hearing every improvement is not really that interesting for most people). Feel free to check out other peoples tunes as a way of learning

Good. Looks like a new job for a moderator to make a 'READ BEFORE POSTING' announcement.
tsk tsk.
1) Bad volume control;
2) Phasing out;
3) Loss of variations;
4) Length;
5) Experimental-ness (seeing how the composer tries to loop those effect parameters from 00-FF, something like that);
6) Grammar;
7) A click in SQ1, Pattern 00, Row 1C as the high byte of the frequency register is changed;
8) Absence of attack in volume envelope thus leading to fused notes;
9) Loud clicks due to poor use of Vxx and volume control;
10) Misleading title;
11) Unused patterns (more like a nitpick, but if it does, then it does);
12) Beatless-ness (does ot feel like ther is actually a pace);
13) Bassless-ness (makes the song sound hollow);
14) Dischord;
15) Effort.
What I can say is that you have put absolutely no effort into this module (I won't even call this a song). I highly doubt that most songs in Action 52 are even better than this one. You create the whole thing in a matter of minutes, and then submit it here, either leading to the fact that no one leaves comment and you spam updates of great version number intervals, or the fact that the module leads to Internet argument as its quality is utterly sub-par, of which both lead to the fact that you earn uncountable posts for your ever increasing post count.
Forums hate this kind of members because they break the usual forum rules, spam or troll or flame to push their positions higher for when visitors are sorting all members via the member list. This is pointless. I would be the first one to issue warnings once I have the permission. I will soon anyway.
Mex should have earned a troll warning for Post ID #7715, and both Mex and kinkinkijkin should have earned a flame warning if Dafydd is still around. Too bad I am not a moderator now, so I cannot do that thing as of now. This is already the second argument in the Forum. I hope that we are not getting into or seeing these threads in the future.

Yeah. Maybe a quarter hour of effort to see whether using 400 to 4FF or Q00/R00 to QFF/RFF is better. Maybe another quarter hour of effort to see whether 1xx or 2xx should go first. Maybe another quarter hour of effort to see which Vxxs should use both digits. Maybe another quarter hour of effort to see which numbers will work towards the end of SQ1 Pattern 00. These can already sum up an hour.
Sadly, no one over the Internet will really know how much effort you have really put. One might have hard worked on one project for years but s/he still shows very few progress. One might randomly come up with something and amaze the crowd in a matter of an hour.
However, if the criticisms are not biased towards your creation, just take down all those comments and improve your FamiTracking skills. A newcomer will not be able to learn making impressive songs in a short period, but please do not say that you have put any effort in order to bypass all those comments.
Think and rethink before you post. Putting any excuse(s) in attempt to ignore the fact that people dislike your work makes you look stupid. It is better if you actually submit something better instead of explaining how fast you learn things, or how not sub-par your work is.
And you still have not explained the seven consecutive post, seeing how you keep your post count shoot towards the hundred digit. I know that some forums have a character limit, but not in Senaculum.
I put DAYS of work into each song I submit at MINIMUM. Maybe I'm just the oddball out, but I take pride in the music I work on (even though it may not be as good as some other's on the forum) and I make sure that, before I upload, it is bug-tested and plays well. I also check that it is pleasurable to listen to and that others may enjoy and learn from it.
Granted, some people might have different work ethics, and I respect that. If you can pull an amazing work of art out of your ass in half an hour, then more power to you. It seems to me, however, that you don't posses this ability, so please put more time and effort in before you submit.

You aren't the odd-ball out by any means.
About the music I heard posted here (kinkinkijkin): It's very cacophonic. It is kind of creepy. It is weird how you made the pitch dip and then surface ever so subtly. It is definitely experimental.
However, I would listen to your influences (be it heavy metal or whatever you listen to) and see if you can reproduce those songs by ear. This is just a project that I thought up for you, and you can take it or leave it. However: if you're going to do it start with something you can reproduce simply. This helped me learned this program to the level I am at now. Basic music Theory (of which there is plenty of research online) will also help you to some extent.
Feel free to look at some of my works, but only for educational purposes, okay?
BTW, my stuff takes a couple hours if I am inspired, and up to roughly three days otherwise, to give you all an estimate.
In the meantime, let's play nice. I hate shit like this as it raises my blood pressure (though TechEmporium's ASCII middle finger was epic ^_^ ) .

You now process Dracula's Rib. Good luck processing it...
My actual only problems are that I'm bad at composing and I know only somewhere around what half of the effects do.
Perhaps you could try what I suggested. Cover songs as accurately as you canthat are already in 2A03 8-bit style. If there's any nes games that you absolutely love the music from, download the NSF file of its music, pick it apart by channel and try by ear to cover each channel as best you can. I learned how to use the tracker by listening to YouTube videos of Megaman music and trying to replicate what I heard.
Don't worry about reaching Niceta's level of near perfect accuracy until you can get frame accuracy on nearly every song you cover. Once you cover some songs that you love, you will easily begin to hear what effects to use and when during any song you listen to. After you know what effects to use and what they do, you can break down songs through Anvil Studio or other methods and get truly accurate volume envelopes.
Spend as much time as you need to make a song as truly accurate as you can. If you need help, don't be afraid to post a thread asking for help, but make sure you spend a great amount of time making your composition or cover decent to listen to. Hopefully this can help point you in the right direction.

Sorry, but there's enough Metroid covers here already.
