Effects Ixx and Jxx

Effects Ixx and Jxx are two FDS-exclusive effects that control the high and low part of the channel's modulation speed, respectively. The effect will override any setting set in the FDS's instrument window. The range of valid values for Ixx is 00 - 0F; for Jxx, valid values are 00 - FF.
