I mean, it does use the same DPCMs as one of the DPCM-only entries of the previous Famicompo, but that doesn't mean it's a cover of that one.
also I did the infamous rowrowrowyourboat because I was afraid I wasn't going to enter my cover I planned to enter so I entered that just so I could enter
