This will be a good idea because you import wav files and insert them into the nsf and could there be a gbs out 2 wav 1 dmc and white noise.

what I meant was a program that takes wav files and you can use them as DMC samples normal quality or Action 52 quality but the program is a option in Famitracker and also it plays nsfs. Is there a famtracker to nsf or nsfe converter? Oh can you make it rip nsfs from a game and save them as nsfs nsfes that would be a good idea.

Famitracker has the ability to create NSFs built in. Check file/create NSF.

And it's not possible (or at least very hard) to make an automatic game NSF ripper, it has to be done by hand.
