Hey folks! In the spirit of the holiday season, I put together an unconventional take on Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride- some parts taken directly out of the original score. I hope it fills you with holiday cheer and funky dance moves

I'm also asking for a little help in classifying its style (particularly the stuff around frames 4 and 11), since I'm admittedly not really up on that sort of knowledge.

Let me know what you think! Thanks!

Very creative! I don't know what you'd call the style. Some parts are a little too weird for me, but I like the fact that you went nuts with this.

Do you know about the Dxx command? If you put a D00 command at the end of your 4 short triangle boops, the measures could line up with the beginning of patterns.

Thanks everyone! Glad you like it! I knew there was a command that could do that, I was just too lazy to look it up >< thanks for the tip

It's kinda like ymck's style. So possibly picopop?

Wow. That was amazing. Honestly, I wish I could write like this.
Okay, so maybe that noise part was a little weird, but it was done well; I feel like you really took the song and made it your own. It doesn't hurt that I have a soft spot for Sleigh Ride, either

Hope to see more!

Edit: I suppose the noise could do to be slightly quieter when it goes crazy, but that's your decision.

Awesome. Sounds kinda what I'm making lately, but cleaner in terms of composition and more confident in tone. So yeah, basically something I want to emulate, in a manner of speaking.
