Wow, I was able to find some impressive free time during class today! I was even able to do all my work on top of this! ^_^
Anyways (I've been using this word a lot, haven't I?), today's work is Splash Woman's Stage from Rock Man 9. Usual time it takes for me to make something--about 3 or so hours. One minor thing is that I was a tad confused about some of the note fades when listening and couldn't grab the right one. A quick look at Dannoct's cover was a good help, but I swear that's all I looked at! The rest was entirely by ear.
The entirety of the making of this song, I couldn't help but be reminded of Wave Man--particularly my version of it...so there's a poll up for personal opinions on which one is, overall, a better song (considering only MY versions of it, thank you). The Wave Man .ftm has been added for those that need a reminder. Thanks for more than a year of support on the forums and these past 3 years have definitely been creatively impressive. ^_^

I wanted to say Bubble Man so I selected the troll option. =P
Good work, though.

Wily 1 is probably the only good Wily song from MM8 (Wily 2 is decent and the rest are meh...) and it's probably the best song besides Frost Man and Tengu Man.
Aqua Man is good because most of the instruments are very soft and fits very well for a water themed song. The PSX version is weird, I'm talking about the Saturn one. I have a hard time to decide if only square waves are enough for water themed songs in general. I mean, I think they need more Sine waves and/or FM stuff. Anyway that's just my opinion.
Besides, the MM8 soundtrack isn't THAT bad compared to the Megaman 2 GB soundtrack and yet, there are people that actually like that soundtrack.
Edit: I thought the 12,5% squares at the end sounded weird, so I changed them to 25%.

...you gave me some ideas about the Rock Man 2 GB Soundtrack. I'll get back on that at some point.
As for the edit, I can see that. I merely changed the lead to 12.5% because...small amounts of change and I kinda liked the sound. Changing it to 25%, though, is of no argument because of how the original sounds.

I've come to the conclusion that I have bionic eyes and ALWAYS find RED in your tunes. Third ones a charm.
Frame 0A, VRC6 Pulse 2. The little triplet.
As for not having this problem.
-Highlight desired channel to echo by hitting Ctrl+A.
-Paste desired channel where you want.
-Highlight the instrument desired to use on that echo, then Ctrl+A again to highlight the channel, then hit Alt+S and Voila, your echo will all be the desired instrument. Alt+S is a wonderful command.
Other than that, sounds good.
