So I got bored one day and this happened, I don't even know if I can finish it myself xD so if any of you lovely people out there want to add anything or give me suggestions for songs feel free.

Finished Songs:

#3 Password

#5 Stage Selected (may rework this one a bit later)

#12 FlashMan (this one was really fun)

#18 Boss Win Jingle

#19 GET YO' WEAPONS READY
Almost Finished:

#1 Intro Part 1 (gotta do that speed up part)

Not Even Close:

# Everything Else.

EDIT: Sorry if I don't update this too much for a bit, I just got MegaMan Unlimited, so I'm gonna be trying to finish that for awhile.

It's only a matter of time when Paul will post something =P

Edit: I'm not too much into Akumajo Densetsu stuff, but I think you need to use Zxx effects in the DPCM channel (I think it's Z00 but I'm not 100% sure).

I actually set all of the samples delta counters to 0 in the DPCM editor, so I wouldn't have the hastle of imputting so many Z00 commands.

The DPCM snare does not layer with the noise snare.

The noise percussion must only be played at one pitch: instrument 1B at D-#, 1C at 1-#, 1D at D-#.

Dear TEHMEGAMASTAH,

1.
You can't have Castlevania 3 DPCM in Akumajou Densetsu-style covers/originals.

2.
Noise snare drums are never interrupted until they have finished playing. Open hats are only interrupted by noise snare drums.

3.
Noise snare drums and DPCM snare drums are never layered... ever...

4.
If a noise instrument and a DPCM sample is on the same row, the noise instrument is played a frame after the DPCM sample.

5.
You can only use noise instruments at fixed pitches:
#1 for Snare
#A for closed hats
#D for open hats

6.
Echo effects are mandatory for Akumajou Densetsu-style covers/originals.

Trust me, [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=2189]I know [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=2857]this stuff [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=3698&pid=36922]inside out.

Heavy nitpicking aside, this is definetly above okay. I can hear errors on some tracks, but it is pretty good for what little is finished.

Woah woah, what's this edict on the use of the noise channel?

"
5.

#A for closed hats
#D for open hats
"

Was this generally accepted as 'the rule' somewhere?

Normally, I would comment that this doesn't follow the legendary Akumajou Densetsu formula, but...I don't have to! SRES and moviemovies1 did it for me, anyways!

Besides, I outgrew the style ever since Patashu came to me with "Tri harder" and whatnot, as that Triangle is more useful than some might think.

Hell, this might be that bit of drive I needed to work on another .ftm the moment I get more free time other than 5 minutes on a computer before class.

I may not have completely followed the style myself, but I understood it--I mean, I studied the raw files to no end at one point. Any problems I could say have already been said.

Oh, and *SQUEE!* moviemovies1 linked to the compo we did! I have forgotten about that entirely ^_^

I'm not saying that the songs fail as covers--quite the opposite. You can do plenty without a Triangle and still make good work. I'm saying that they fail in the style, but only to a point...and considering that SOMEBODY was expecting me to comment, there's my two cents into this, WarHeart. Now if you excuse me, there's a 5th Gen Competitive Pokemon website I need to go say hi to for the day (on the iPad, so...no Famitracker :/ )

Ok so after reading all of your guys' comments I fixed a few of the songs, most of them still aren't finished but I'm pretty close to finishing the Ending theme, hopefully this satisfies most of you guys.:P

(Also Finished Stage Select, based it off of the version SRE$ replied with)

Diggin' on Flashman's stage. I support this project.

My only nitpick is the timing on that swing in the password track; check the attached edit and see what you think.
