Guessing by the swing rhythm that you got the inspiration from the Arranged version of the song? (I LOVE that version)This is a really awesome cover, though some of the notes in the notes in the VRC6 Pulse 1 sound a bit off in Frame D and E.

Agreed with Mastah, and the background chords in 0C and 10 sound weird to me. Other than that, this is genius! You put in three things I love: 3-note harmonies, 1-channel echos, and 3/4 (I love 3/4 remixes of 4/4 songs). All in all, it makes the song sound more spacious and deep than the original.
One more suggestion: try to use more DPCM than just the kick and snare. I saw that you had some clanging SFX in your DPCM library; those woulda been perfect for the end frame!
You know, you should really try some different chips. Who knows what havoc you'd be able to wreak with N163 or VRC7?
I've had some experience with N163 before (NOT 900 BPM, of course). My favorite has always been the VRC6 for many reasons--mostly for creativity with a limited amount of channels compared to the VRC7 or N163.
I'll be honest...I've...never used the VRC7, actually...

Well, N163 gives you a way wider selection of waveforms, to the point where you can emulate real world instruments, or even just make a cool-sounding synth. There is a limitation, though: only 4 waveforms can play at a single time. Example attached.

I just tried it out recently. The volume control's a little weird, but here's an example (attached). Give it a try; it's really a unique chip.
