Is there some sort of high-pitched static going on in the song that only I can hear? I'm guessing that I have the "wrong version" of Famitracker, so I'll only critique what I could make out over the static. In the meantime, somebody tell me what's up please! <3
Sounds funky, funky funky. Actually I really just need to hear this stuff a bit better before I say anything; because the four classic channels, plus namco 8, sound amazing and I feel like saying anything now would be a waste of time. :/
The high pitched buzz is something that the n106 causes when there are more than 4 (n106) channels in the module. So don't worry you aren't using the wrong version (as far as I know)

i'm using [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=4570&pid=47019#47019]this build of famitracker, made by slimeball, which adds not finished yet 5B expansion chip and removes hiss.
so i recommend using this one instead of hurting your ears for the sake of listening to accurate hardware emulation.
Alright, thought so. And it turned out I already had that version downloaded from some time ago.
Anyways, sounds nice! Puts me in a feel-good mood. Though something in the back of my head is telling me that there's too much going on. Maybe that's because I'm so used to just melodies that stand out on their own, whereas in this song they sort of blend together instead of stand apart in their harmony. Am I crazy?
