Although I could've gotten away with 2A03, I wanted to use the extra channels to make it sounds a little more solid (though I dunno if I achieved that XD)
It could be better, but I'll give it to you as this. For a bit more info, this is the theme of Touhou 5's Stage 6 boss, Shinki. Great theme, bad-ass boss, and a cover that only hopes to show a bit of that ^w^
One, keep in mind that 4xx effects (ie, vibrato) are not logarithmic, that means, it does not sound the same across all octaves. It is much stronger at the upper pitches, so it is not always a good idea to use extreme vibrato on the high notes, like you did with this. But honestly, it's better than none.
Two, try working on your percussion. I say this to everyone, but it's because it's true! No snares, no DPCM (though, if you're creative enough, you can do without), no cymbals, this drumset could use a bit of improvement.
Last, consider using detune (P81 or P7F) effects when working with echo, delay, or emphasising notes across two channels or more. Sometimes, this is not necessary, but it usually helps.

I've never actually played the game, but this sounds amazing! But don't take that as much from the guy who only knows how to use the Q and R effects... Good work!
