It's finally done. After Glenntai made a revision of my original version, I decided to roll with it. I threw in some snare-sounding noise, and I like what I've done. Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Well. To be honest, I expected a lot less from it. It's good, but has some things here and there:
The original song had no percussion, but since yours isn't so invasive, it's fine. However, from frame 08 to 0A it's not very good, specially at the beginning of 08. It sounds out of place.
From frame 06 and further the whole song feels empty. Maybe you could consider putting something else in there.
I also fixed some little things:
Frame 03, rows 2C and 2E, Pulse 2 of 2A03. I changed the notes to make it feel a little more "accurate". However, I did that with what I had in mind, not listening to the original song, so I may be wrong.
Frame 05, rows 38 to 3F, Pulse 1 of MMC5. I edited the volume values so the lead could start better at frame 06.
Overall it's good. You have improved a lot since your last FTMs. I hope you get better!
EDIT: Edited my post since copy/paste messed up things.
Well, well, well... Very forresty! Very cheerful, but some parts get a bit high-pitched for my taste. Could just be me. Otherwise, I really like how simple it really is. Your doin' better!
The major difference from my edit and your update is that you changed the bass line in pulse 4 slightly, added a basic noise pattern and I believe you altered the vibrato a little (which, to be fair, was decent.)
It shows that, while you want to learn more, you also happen to suffer from a lack of creativity (and I do honestly mean that in the lightest sense possible; the lack of being able to add or alter in this case.)
Take a listen to some of your favorite songs and see what kind of beat they have to them. Getting inspiration from the patterns you recognize is a great start into thinking of your own. Took me a while, now I'm starting to develop my own sound. While you've figured out how to make it sound loosely like hi-hats, snares, and so forth, you're also lacking in how to make it more than mimicking the melody. Vary from the melody. Have fun with it! Try something jazzy, try something trancey, try something rock and something R&B. The more you learn various patterns, the easier it'll come to you.
Take a look at some of other FTMs and see how people have made their snares, kicks, hi-hats, etc. There's a bunch of ways for each that can fit a bunch of different scenarios.
Speaking of which, I didn't explain this properly previously, the end's melody is actually accompanied by a harmonizing melody. You should definitely look into it (i.e. read the midi through a program like anvil studio,) because leaving that part solo really makes for a weak ending before it repeats.
Pulse 4, frames 04 and 05... is that accurate? Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it has to be 100% accurate to the original, but that bassline (while still keeping in key) seems a bit off.
Your critique was wonderful. It will sure help SonicManEXE getting better. About hi-hats, I included one in the drum kit I gave to him. I think it can be used for general purpose, but might be used with some variation. Its layout was the following:
The volume macros was 15 11 7 3 0, and the tone was C-# in noise channel. Of course it can be used with some difference.
The other percussions were more synthetic, so they cannot be used in many ways. I hope he makes good use of them. They are in his first thread.
