It's four tracks, all in that one file.
1: Sentient Beings (6:41), a piece in 3 movements exploring and developing motifs from my previous album Limit Break;
2: Delusive Desires (intended to be around 6 min, though it loops), a repetitive, rhythmically-focused piece that builds but goes nowhere in particular;
3: Dharma Gates (11:31), an experimental noise piece in the vein of John Cage / Charles Ives;
4: Op. 1 - Distributed Network (4:45), a double fugue in 7 voices, with a drop. If you listen to only one track on the album, make it this one, it's easily the most accessible thing in there.
Let me know what you think! You can also find it at mkcmusic.bandcamp.com.
Pretty cool, unusual stuff. I listened to it all. Delusive Desires is probably my favorite though I kind of wish it had an actual ending. I also liked frames 06-07 on Dharma Gates a lot.
I immediately recognized Bach's "Little" fugue in Distributed Network because my friend covered it for [url=http://www.kongregate.com/games/IncredibleApe/lililput]a game I worked on.
