The notes all seem right, but the instrumentation could be better. Random suggestions:
1) Every hit on noise and every hit on DPCM is identical - same frequencies, volume envelopes/attacks, etc. I'd try something with every hi-hat being slightly different - with waves and points of harder and softer, louder and quieter - and maybe for the DPCM try using bongos and light snare?
2) You can make a 'strumming' acoustic guitar sound in Famitracker, but it's tricky and requires a bunch of channels at once. Basically, you want an instrument with duty cycle envelope 2 0 (or similar) and whenever a chord is called for, play all of the notes on different channels, each successive one with a slightly higher Gxx (e.g. G00 G01 G02 or G00 G02 G04 for more delay). Then let the notes ring out until your imaginary guitarist uses that string again. If two note chords aren't 'strummy' enough, you might need to swap to MMC5 or VRC6.
3) The lead should be acoustic guitar like as well - Sharp volume envelope, 2 0 duty cycle or maybe 2 1. It should be an octave or two higher too, I feel.
This is all assuming you want it to be like the original song, of course - acoustic instruments.
