By the way, the end of Namco 7's frame 01 uses instrument 00, as opposed to 01 which is used throughout the rest of the two frames. Is this intentional?

Right...that was a failure. But I'm just gonna go ahead and blame my monitor for only showing Pulse 1 - Namco 6 by default and that the two instruments sounded very similar anyway.
