Greetings, FT community! Long-time fan and first-time poster, here. It has been a few months since I first started to experiment with Famitracker, and I was immediately excited about being able to use such a unique sound to create my own music. I've held off on posting on the forums until I really knew what I was doing with the software, and I have a small, yet growing, portfolio of both original tracks and covers that I'd love to share with you all.
... Okay, yes, these are all covers. And fairly simple instruments, might I add. But I think they're good enough to share at this point.
The Megaman X Select Screen theme was mainly an experiment to see what I could do with a heavy guitar-like sound. Didn't quite turn out like I hoped, but it sounds rather nice, anyway. And then of course, I threw in the Boss Intro theme for good measure.
Charge Man's Stage is exactly what it looks like. I attempted recreate the original track to see if I could get a feel for Capcom's composer's methods.
And Infinity Mijinion's stage... Well, it's just a damned awesome track and I wanted to cover it. So I did.
