Both of these were posted to the random doodles thread initially but I'm sure no one looked at the plethora of updates and edits I made after their initial postings so here they are in their "finished" forms.
Well, the first track, Porcelain Memories, is finished (it's supposed to be like a creepy music box, hence the phrase just repeating itself) but the second track, Trials and Tribalism, while it does loop quite nicely, I would like to turn into a complete song with more parts and and ending. However, I'm kinda stuck creatively so maybe you could offer some advice on where to take it? Or not, whatever.
It's hard to help someone out on a direction to go, because you'd ask many different musicians and you'd get a different answer each time. I honestly feel that trials and Tribalism is complete as is. Remember, the beauty of NES music is that there is no length rule. There are many short songs in many games out there. I think Porcelain Memories is what you should be expanding. I could see it go somewhere. You've got a good intro right now.
I really like both of them BTW.
